EXCHANGES

JACQUES COCO accepts exchanges on all items within 90 days of the date of purchase.

Please Note:

  • Items must be in original purchase condition with all tags and labels intact.

  • Worn or damaged items will not be eligible for an exchange.

  • Return shipping for exchanges is free for all domestic orders.

  • Expedited shipping charges are nonrefundable.

  • Free return shipping does not apply for international orders.

  • Items exchanged will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once the items have been received and a separate email will be sent once your item has shipped.

How do I exchange and item?

  • To exchange an item, please email customercare@jacquescoco.com, with your order number, the item you wish to return and the item you wish to receive.

  • After sending the email, place the item back in the same bag or another mailer bag, and stick the new return label on top of the old label.

    • Every order includes a return-shipping label to fulfill your exchange. If you have lost the return label, please indicate it in the email to receive a new one.

  • The bag features a dual adhesive strip that can be used to seal the bag.

  • Packaging tape may also be used.

  • Next, drop the item off at your nearest UPS location.

  • You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we receive the item.
